If your address is not mentioned above or is excluded, our free shipping service is not available. To get a shipping quote, please add your selected items to the shopping cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout page for shipping confirmation, or contact our customer service and we will check the shipping information for you.

 

Shipping Options

In order to ensure that every order can be transported efficiently, we set default shipping options for each region, including carriers and express services. When you purchase any product from our website, our order processing system will automatically assign a shipping option and ship it from the warehouse closest to you.
Generally, express shipping services are provided by DHL/FedEx/EMS.

If your order includes 2 items or more, it may be shipped in multiple packages.

We have an automated system for order processing, therefore they cannot be canceled or modified once shipped. If the order is canceled by the customer after has been shipped, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

 

Shipment Tracking

Once we ship, we will send you a tracking number and you can track your package in a variety of ways.

    1. If you have registered an account on our website, you can check your order tracking information on your account page.
    2. In the Support section of the main menu, there is a Track Your Order option. You can follow this path or click here to directly reach the order tracking page. Our tracking page supports querying package information by order number or tracking number.
    3. Enter the tracking number on the carrier's official website:

All tracking numbers will be activated in the shipping company's database within 24 hours. If you are unable to track your order after getting a tracking number, it may be because the delivery company has not processed the order in their database system.

 

Delay Reasons

Most of the processes of international transportation are not controlled by us (Talomen) and will be affected by the following possible factors:

    • National holidays or festivals
    • Customs clearance procedures
    • Natural calamities
    • Massive breakout of disease.
    • Other unforeseen circumstances
